I had the please of working with Gage throughout an insurance claim for a damaged roof with my residence in Delaware. After several storms met with Gage. He helped me contact insurance adjuster. Helped me every step of the way. Paper work was seamless. Installed entire new roof. I upgraded shingles and had such a comfort level hired them to do all new 6 inch gutter and downspouts and leaf guards. Did great job. Cleaned up everyday. TQRR did an exceptional job of replacing our old siding and rain gutters in addition to repairing some roof damage. They handled all aspects of the job flawlessly. Scheduling was easy and efficient. The materials and workmanship were definitely "Top Quality". On the final walk-through we really tried to find something for them to fix but could not honestly find any flaws. We called TQR to come out and give us an estimate on vinyl siding our house, our shed and to replace our shutters. Gabe, the Senior Project Manager, showed us many samples, explained what his company would do, and then came back to go over and explain everything included in the estimate. Most contractors we have dealt with, just emailed us the estimate. Gage came out several times a day to inspect and make sure things were going as planned and that we were happy with everything. Gabe and the employees are all top notch and cut no corners. They are extremely detailed, professional, mannerly and knowledgeable. TQR's work was way beyond our expectations. We are now going to use them to replace our floors, our roof and eventually our bathroom. They are Top Quality for sure!

To begin the project, we gather your signed contract, deposit, and sending a confirmation email that includes the estimated completion times. Our estimator will also perform a final review before we proceed. After these steps are completed, our team of skilled and experienced professionals will begin working on your project.
To ensure that your project is ready for installation, our project manager will take care of all the necessary preparations. This includes final measurements and ordering the necessary materials. As part of this process, we will also upload the project drawing, schedule material delivery, create a field work order, and set a date for your installation.
In this phase, our experienced team will be handling your project. The project manager who scheduled your installation will be your main contact person during this time. As the work progresses, we will handle all material deliveries and conduct regular clean-up checks to ensure that the project area is tidy and safe.
After the installation phase, we will review the project for any additional work needed, such as the replacement of rotted wood. Once completed, our team at TQRR will perform a final inspection of the project and verify the accuracy of your paperwork before generating the final invoice.
After completion of the project, we will proceed to generate your invoice. Your project will be forwarded to our accounting department, where the final invoice will be processed and verified. After that, we will begin preparing your warranty paperwork, registering your extended warranty, and uploading it for your records. Once all the necessary paperwork has been finalized, your project will be handed back to your project manager.
Upon completion of the invoicing process, our project manager will contact you to confirm that the project was completed to your satisfaction and in accordance with the provided specifications. Additionally, the project manager will schedule a final inspection, address any inquiries you may have regarding the installation, present the invoice, and review your final payment.
